Straight answers
Do I have to call leads back?
No. You never see a raw lead. We talk to the homeowner, qualify the job and book it. You get the appointment.
What counts as profit?
What the homeowner paid for the job, minus the costs you log on it: parts, materials, labor, permits and dump fees. Our share comes out of that number, so a job that loses money costs you nothing.
Who collects the payment?
You do, with your own card reader, Stripe account, cash or check. We bill our share separately once a week.
Is there a contract or a monthly fee?
No contract, and the app is free for the jobs we send. If you want to run your own customers in it too, that's one flat monthly price with no per-seat fees.
Are the jobs exclusive?
Yes. Each booked job goes to one plumber, by zip code and service. We don't sell the same homeowner to three companies.
